Frances Carter 88, passed away on June 12, 2017. Daughter of Louis M. Torrens and Carrie Francis Torrens. She is predeceased by her brothers, Louis Torrens and Richard E. Torrens of Tampa, FL, and sister, Patsy Hambrick of Tampa, FL. Frances is survived by Two daughters; Linda Castellano and Vickie Grillo of Tampa, FL, One sister; Carolyn Winfrey of Tampa, FL, Three grandchildren; K.C. Castellano, Kris Castellano, and Brandy Grillo, and Four great grandchildren; Jeremiah Arroyo-Grillo, Bianca Castellano, Nickolas Castellano and Elias Pizzaro, along with many nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends!
Frances worked at Po Folks, Nicks and Big Apple. Frances found comfort by reading her bible, daily. She enjoyed playing Bingo and the lotto, Cuban coffee, eating out at Red Lobster, watching the Bucs and Rays play and spending time with family and friends.
